Thinking for Life
“One must be sane to think clearly, but one can think deeply and be quite insane.” — Nikola Tesla

Harmony: Foundations (Prayer & Focus). Two practices undergird every other tool in this section.

Prayer steadies attention, invites humility, and orients thought toward meaning. Whether you use the Serenity Prayer, a set‑aside prayer, or your own words, the posture is the same: ask for clarity, courage, and openness—then engage the tools available to you.

Focus is attention held on purpose. In an age of infinite distraction, you build focus like a muscle: reduce stimulation for short windows, practice concentration through movement (balance, holds), and add brief daily meditation to lengthen the window of steady mind.
